Anayasa madde 125 de belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere; \u201c\u0130darenin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc eylem ve i\u015flemlerine kar\u015f\u0131 yarg\u0131 yolu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.\u201d \u0130dareye kar\u015f\u0131, bireylerin ma\u011fduriyetine neden olan hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 idari eylem ve i\u015flemlere rastlan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u0130dare Hukukunun kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc ilkeleri ve us\u00fbl kurallar\u0131 g\u00f6zetildi\u011finde bireysel bir \u00e7aban\u0131n sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmeyece\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00a0Bu nedenle idari bir kurum ile uyu\u015fmazl\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde uzman bir idare avukat\u0131n\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131ndan faydalanmak \u00f6nemlidir.
